Welcome to SBC Investment Management

At the core of SBC Investment Management is a set of fundamental principles that guide our actions, shape our culture, and define everyone who works for us and with us:

Trust: We build and maintain trust with our clients, prospective clients, and partners (internal and external) through consistent, reliable performance and honest interactions. Trust is the foundation of all our relationships, both internal and external.

Loyalty: We give loyalty to our employees, clients, and partners by demonstrating unwavering commitment to their success; their success is our success. Our loyalty extends beyond mere transactions to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. We want to work with clients and external partners who feel the same

Communication: Open, clear, and timely communication is essential to any organizational operations. We encourage the free exchange of ideas and ensure that information flows seamlessly across all levels of our organization. We strive to communicate all critical and relevant information in a timely matter to our clients so that they can make the best decisions possible.

Ethics: We uphold the highest ethical standards in all our business practices. Integrity is non-negotiable, and we make decisions based on what is right. As fiduciaries, this not a choice. As people, we would not do it any other way.

Stewardship: We recognize our responsibility as stewards of our client’s resources and our firms’ resources. We strive to become a firm that will be with our clients’ families for generations and provide for our team members’ families for generations. We strive to make positive, lasting impacts that extend beyond our immediate business interests.

Transparency: We operate with transparency, providing clear and accurate information about our processes, decisions, and performance. We believe that transparency fosters accountability and strengthens the rest of our core values.

These values are not just words on a page; they are the principles we live by every day. They inform our strategies, guide our actions, and define our success. By adhering to these core values, we are creating a workplace where collaboration and innovation thrives, relationships flourish, and where we can consistently deliver exceptional value to our clients and our team.

Bryant Andrus

Bryant Andrus has dedicated his professional life to assisting clients to accomplish their financial goals. Bryant’s career covers 17 years of investment management, portfolio management, wealth management, financial planning, consulting, and general advisory services.

Previously Bryant assisted his former company in growing assets under management by leading the business development efforts, sat on the investment committee in both the US and Canada, and lead their expansion into international markets while providing wealth management services to his clients. After parting ways with this firm in 2018, Bryant joined US Bank Wealth Management. Upon taking the helm of a multi-business line wealth management team, he led the team from the middle of the pack and grew it into the number 2 producing team in the US Bank community banking footprint in a matter of 12 months (2019 fiscal year).

Realizing that a more holistic wealth management approach could better serve the clients versus what a big bank could offer, Bryant started SBC Investment Management in 2020.  He started SBC Investment Management with the sole objective of genuinely helping clients create financial plans and wealth management options as unique as their fingerprints.

Bryant has earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Utah University and a Master of Science in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.  In addition, he also has the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Bryant has been married for 20 years and has 6 living children.
